Junior Edit Assistant

Alex is an award-winning short filmmaker who has recently graduated from a Media Arts and Production degree at the University of Technology, Sydney. He has worked at Perpetual for three years as an edit assistant, assisting on shows ranging from Border Security to Dance Life. Having worked on multiple historical shows, he relishes the opportunity to bring archival stills to life through colourisation and motion graphics animations.

Alex’s short film Suzanne was selected for display at the Maitland Regional Art Gallery in 2021, and in 2022, won second place at Flickerfest’s FlickerUp short film festival. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano and accordion.
